I had an OS issue that i needed fixed ASAP with a tower I built myself, which I use for my work. I dropped off the tower at 10 AM, explained what was happening and what I needed - and I had my tower back at 4:30 PM, and I could not be happier. They were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and gave me text updates about the work. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from all aspects. Work is done in a timely fashion, questions answered and fairly priced for services whether pc or Mac. No more Apple Store or Microsoft retail stores tech services for us!
